The Break Free Program is an 8-week course focusing on building a healthy relationship with food and your body by breaking free of dieting and restrictive methods. The goal is to help individuals find their mental and physical strength by taking back their power over diet culture and learning to love themselves by nourishing their bodies through nutrition and exercise instead of trying to shrink themselves to fit an unrealistic standard.
The program will incorporate the expertise of Samantha Christy, a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with almost 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. The goal of the program is for you to develop skills that help you build healthy habits with food in addition to helping to create a healthy relationship with food and your body. This includes finally breaking free of dieting, letting go of constantly feeling like you have to shrink your body, and finally feeling GOOD!
You will learn how to find and incorporate joyful movement into your life, so that you can move in a way that feels better and is sustainable! The program is rooted in self-care, meaning we find what helps YOU live your best life.
This program will help you build body confidence, confidence in your food choices and ultimately lead you to a more fulfilled life.
