Sam offers body-neutral personal training— meaning that if you are working on body image, healing from an eating disorder, or want to disconnect from the narrative of only working out to change your body — this is for you. 

With body-neutral personal training, we focus on YOU as a person getting stronger, working toward non-aesthetic goals, and using inclusive language.  

What makes training with Sam different: 

  • We take a weight neutral and inclusive approach - Sam will NEVER ask you what you weigh and NEVER make weight loss the main goal of movement. We train to get STRONG AF

  • NO mirrors in the gym.  You don’t have to worry about body-checking or feeling self-conscious in her safe space. 

  • Clean and comfortable environment to train in that comes with an emotional support dog – it’s like training in your own home. 

  • One-on-One individualized training plans - everything is about you, your goals, and making you feel successful and empowered.

  • She knows WTF she’s talking about! - Sam has been training clients for 12+ years and holds multiple degrees and certifications.  

  • Sam is also a Registered Dietitian - if you have questions about how to best fuel your body to train, she’s your girl! But no pressure - we won’t talk food unless you want to, or if you schedule a nutrition session.

  • NO videos or body pictures - especially not without your permission.  We love to celebrate personal bests, So Sam can video those if you want, but we don’t take any videos or pictures of you training unless you want them. 

  • ALL bodies, abilities and goals are WELCOME! Whether you’re a gym expert or are completely new to the world of training, you’re welcome to join our Triple A Wellness Strength Club - we have merch ;).

Get strong AF AND heal your relationship with exercise.

Working on your relationship with exercise can be very important to make movement a sustainable part of your life.  If you feel like exercise is a punishment, or like it is a way of “burning off” something you ate or “earning” a meal later on - it’s probably time to focus on your relationship with exercise. 

During these sessions, we’ll dive into your current and past relationship with exercise, your current training routine, and break down rules and habits that you may have around exercise.  The goal is for movement to become more intuitive and joyful, so that it can become a form of self-care and something that we use as a tool in our wellness box. These sessions may also include discussions about nutrition, body image, and mindset. All sessions are virtual for client convenience.

Sam also offers one-on-one nutrition coaching to those who want a better relationship with food.  Whether you have been a chronic dieter, struggle with disordered eating, or an eating disorder, she is there to help you normalize food and learn to nourish your body. 

Strength Training Programs 

Sam’s custom Strength Training Programs are a great way for you to get individualized workouts from a certified expert at a low cost.  These are great if you are a go-getter, love to work out on your own, and just want to have a “plan” for in the gym.  


Each month you’ll get 3 new workouts (Either Full Body or Splits) that you can perform on your own time.  These can be individualized for a gym setting, in-home, or bodyweight.  These are billed and refreshed monthly.
