Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling with Sam combines using nutrition education and principles of intuitive eating with guidance and support to help you fuel your body best.  

The goal of nutrition coaching is to help you have a normal and positive relationship with food.  This means breaking down rules that you have about certain foods, discussing past diet history and how that affects us, and going through your current intake.  The sessions will also help you develop a meal plan for yourself that is realistic and attainable and works with your current routines and schedules. All sessions are virtual for client convenience.

Sam specializes in supporting individuals from all walks of life and with all backgrounds, including those who have struggled with eating disorders or disordered eating.
